Theory is a community-focused real estate company located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We help people invest through our Real Estate Brokerage, Construction Company, and Property Management. AND we start and support local businesses like our event venue, escape rooms, and coworking spaces with the ultimate goal of community transformation.

Theory was founded in 2016, but real estate is not new to us. We are a 4th-generation real estate company with an incredibly diverse team. We are experts in all-things real estate, but there's a lot more to our team than that. We are hikers, skiers, baseball players, outdoor enthusiasts, animal lovers, coffee snobs, foodies, artists, photographers, veterans, parents, and grandparents.
In addition to helping our clients buy and sell homes (which we LOVE doing), we also have several other businesses under the Theory umbrella. We help people invest in real estate to build wealth and achieve financial freedom. We have a full-service construction company that transforms properties. We help people manage their real estate investments through Love My Space, our property management company. We host events for our community and have a commissary kitchen at Edison Square. We serve up smash burgers at Radnor's. We have 2 Tacoma-themed escape rooms at Cityscape Games. We have a collection of inspiring commercial spaces called Beaker Collaborative. We are working on Revitalizing South Tacoma Way. The list goes on. This is all handled by our amazing team under one roof!
