You’ve probably noticed that we post a lot of beautiful homes on our Facebook and Instagram pages. But did you know that we’ve sold some of those homes, because of those posts?
Gone are the days of relying on newspaper ads, direct mail, and listing flyers to sell your house. Today, it’s about gathering the most exposure, the best audience, and having strong engagement online to help sell your home!
Today we’re going to talk about 3 reasons why social media will sell your home!
Reason #1: Exposure
With a decent network of friends and colleagues, and THEIR friends and colleagues, social media is the number one way to gain the most exposure for your house in the shortest amount of time.
More than 1 billion people in the world are on Facebook, which includes every 1 in 2 American adults. Our Theory Real Estate Page has over 8,000 followers, and it’s growing every day!
When we post a photo album of a new listing, we see an average Reach of 15,000 people. That’s 15,000 pairs of eyes that could potentially be looking at YOUR home!
Reason #2: Target Audience
Here at Theory we target specific audiences when posting a listing. Each person comes from a carefully selected demographic to ensure that we pinpoint the right buyers for our sellers!
With Facebook, we’re able to target groups based off of age, gender, household income, geographic location, whether they’re looking to move, and other factors.
Reason #3: Engagement
Social media is all about engagement and having a conversation. We do this through answering questions, providing information, direct messaging, and listening to what our audience wants!
We’re able to interact live with potential buyers, and start the selling process immediately!
Ultimately, we want Theory Real Estate to be YOUR source for all things Real Estate. We are here to help you find your dream home or to sell your existing home, but we’re also here as a resource! We LOVE engaging with you, and assisting you with anything you may need, and social media is an excellent place to do that.
Thanks for reading another Theory Thursday! We’ll see you next week.
