About Burien
Burien is located south of Seattle along the shores of the Puget Sound. Housing in this area ranges from starter homes, to high-end luxury estates, to condos and apartments. This community offers a quaint downtown and access to public parks, trails, playgrounds, natural forests, and beaches. There is no shortage of outdoor activities here and residents have worked hard to keep it that way. Burien is also a convenient hub location and offers easy connections to the greater Seattle area. You can head north about 10 minutes to Seattle, east about 5 minutes to the Sea-Tac Airport, or south to Tacoma.
