About Eastlake
Eastlake has a beautiful and eclectic collection of architecture. Over half of the residences were built after 1980, so you’ll mostly see mid-rise apartments with ground floor retail. However, you will also find urban condos, mid-century homes, modern townhomes, and best of all, floating homes on Lake Union. There is no shortage of things to do in this area as well. There are a myriad of parks and small boat launches that encourage residents to make use of the waterfront. You will also find a wonderful collection of waterfront restaurants, like Eastlake Bar & Grill.
