About Medina
This small suburb of Seattle is famous for being home to both Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos! However, you don’t have to be a billionaire to enjoy this beautiful suburb (but probably a millionaire). Medina is located on the east side of Lake Washington, about 10 minutes from Bellevue, and is an education-oriented and safe neighborhood. This area is primarily residential with stunning views, large tree lined streets, well landscaped yards, and big beautiful homes.
