About Redmond
Redmond is located about 20 minutes northeast of Downtown Seattle and is at the north end of Lake Sammamish. This neighborhood offers a high quality of life, good schools, parks, and outdoor recreation. There’s a diverse collection of shopping and dining options and the city as a whole prides itself on quality development and protection of the natural environment. Redmond offers an incredible park system, with over 40 parks, both developed and undeveloped, and 29 miles of trails. Many of the homes in this area are newer developments and concentrated near the city center. There are also beautiful waterfront homes along the western shore of Lake Sammamish with large lots and quiet communities.
