About Madrona
Madrona is located east of Downtown Seattle and sits on the shores of Lake Washington. On the eastern side of this area lies Madrona Park, which is a fantastic spot for getting out in nature. Here you can swim, go for a run, or have a picnic on the grassy beach. On the west side of Madrona lies a small commercial district with a great selection of little shops and restaurants. You will find a variety of homes in this area, from modest bungalows to striking view homes. Seeing as this neighborhood sits on a slope though, youβll find that many of the homes have breathtaking views of Lake Washington and the mountains to the East.
