Magnolia

About Magnolia

Magnolia is a beautiful historic Seattle neighborhood located on a peninsula northwest of Downtown. It is surrounded by Elliot Bay, Salmon Bay, and the Puget Sound. There is no shortage of water views in this area. Although Magnolia is relatively close to downtown, Queen Anne, and Ballard, it is connected by only three access bridges, thus giving residents a quieter, slower-paced neighborhood. The heart of this neighborhood is known as Magnolia Village. Here you can find book stores, bakeries, a post office, coffee shops, and so much more. The Magnolia Farmers Market is also held here most of the year, where you can find fresh produce, seafood, and other fantastic artisanal offerings. Additionally, Magnolia is home to Discovery Park, one of Seattle’s largest and most well-known parks. This park covers an amazing 534 acres and has a playground, 2.8 mile loop, the West Point Lighthouse, and two miles of beaches to play on.
