About Browns Point
Browns Point is a small community located across Commencement Bay from Downtown Tacoma. The homes offer a variety of architectural styles and the community has a laid-back culture not far off from beach town vibes, due to its proximity to the water. Dash Point State Park is also nestled along the northern side and provides a plethora of outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and beach combing. Browns Point offers restaurants, a grocery store, a handful of small businesses, and the beautiful Browns Point Lighthouse Park. Plus, this area is only a short 20-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Tacoma.
