Brittany and her family live in Central Tacoma in a small craftsman home she bought prior to getting married to her husband Michael. She had her daughter Ellie in January of 2018 and then decided to make a career change she had been wanting. Their little home is quickly being outgrown with TWO dogs and TWO cats as members of the family.
Having previously worked in customer service, she has strong relationship building skills and a desire to help people with their real estate needs. Whether it’s finding a home of their dreams to raise a family or downsizing into a cozy cottage to retire.
Outside of work you will find Brittany getting her hands in the dirt. She enjoys growing her own vegetables in the summer, and her husband loves to cook them! She cherishes time with her family and is constantly searching for new parks, museums, and activities to take her daughter to.
My Name Is: Brittany Garcia
I Am: A first-time mom
Born In: Tacoma, Washington
Proudest Moment: The day I had my daughter! I was so amazed and proud of my husband and me and the little human we created!
Biggest Challenge: Drinking enough water
I Love Real Estate Because: Being a realtor allows me to help others make one of the biggest decisions in their life! I feel so happy watching people create a life and achieve goals.
Favorite Season: Fall, the leaves are beautiful and it’s still warm but I can start getting excited about the holidays!
My Perfect Day: A delicious iced white chocolate americano and a sunny drive to spend the day at the ocean with my family. Ending with a good bottle of wine and some front porch conversation with our neighbors!
First Job: I worked at a daycare assisting in the toddler room.
Favorite Tacoma Neighborhood: Central Tacoma! This is where we live, it is close to downtown and the waterfront. We have made many friends with our neighbors and there are so many families around.
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate? Gardening and being those “Pinterest fails” you see on the internet when I try being crafty. Doesn’t stop me though! We love to get outside as much as possible as well whether that’s visiting the zoo or going on a hike or even just a walk around Snake Lake!
