Meet Delynn

Delynn joined the Theory team after 13 years in tech marketing and project management. Her own home buying process sparked an interest in real estate, as she saw firsthand what a huge impact home ownership can have on someone’s life. Now she applies her expertise to her clients’ needs, bringing a savvy marketing eye and a highly organized approach to each transaction.
Delynn doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to homes. When she’s working with someone new, she gets to know them to understand their lifestyle and unique needs. Whether a client is dreaming of a beautiful move-in-ready home or the challenge and reward of a fixer upper, she loves helping them find the right fit!
Delynn has lived all over Washington state, but moved “home” to Tacoma with her husband and daughter in 2020. She loves live music, hunting for vintage treasures, and trying new restaurants.

Favorite Tacoma Neighborhood: I live in Fern Hill and I love it! But if I’m going to get out of the neighborhood, I love 6th Ave’s shops and restaurants.

Biggest Hero/Inspiration: My dad inspires me to live authentically and with integrity.

Hobbies Outside of Real Estate? Music (piano/singing), home improvement projects, playing with my daughter, enjoying a good cocktail or glass of wine

Favorite Sports Team: I always say The Bachelor is my sport–I win my fantasy league almost every season! 🙂
