My name is Jon Conant! I love photography, multimedia production, and digital marketing, and that is the direction that I have curated my career in the real estate industry! If I’m not working, I love spending time with my cat, photographing wildlife, and enjoying music, sports, and movies!
My Name Is: Jon Conant
I Am: a lover of music. If I’m not working, I’m probably at home listening to music with my cat, writing music, practicing my instruments, or writing album reviews for online publications.
Born In: Federal Way, WA! My apartment and childhood home are 15 minutes away from each other.
Languages Spoken: English, Star Wars terminology
Proudest Moment: When I held my cat Théoden (Theo) for the first time. I have been in love ever since.
Biggest Challenge: When my cat went missing outside, I poured every ounce of energy I had into trying every method I could think of to get him back. My hard work paid off and about 48 hours later somebody contacted me saying they found him!
I Love Real Estate Because: Few industries have a more natural demand; people need homes! It makes for a fast paced and exciting work environment.
My Superhero Power: If we’re fantasizing, I would rather be a wizard than a superhero.
My Perfect Day: Being with my cat in the morning, an afternoon Mariners game at Safeco, and then an evening concert at the Showbox Market.
First Job: Marlene’s Market & Deli in Federal Way! One of the greatest small businesses around, they will make you some of the best coffee you’ve ever had.
Favorite Seattle Neighborhood: SoDo! Safeco Field, the Clink, the Showbox SoDo, Studio Seven, waterfront views, what more could you ask for?
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate? Creating, listening to, and reviewing music. I am also a professional photographer, and when I’m not doing paid work I enjoy photographing animals. I am an avid bald eagle watcher, and have taken about 10,000 photos of bald eagles over the last few years!
Favorite Sports Teams: Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks, LA Clippers. If the Sonics ever come back they’ll be up there as well, sadly I am not holding my breath.
Favorite Season: Fall, I love days with clear skies in the 30s-40s.
