Josiah is a kind, caring, and dedicated individual. He has a Bachelors degree in Hispanic Studies from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. When he isn’t bartending events at Edison Square, you can find him playing Ultimate Frisbee for Make It Rain in Seattle, coaching Ultimate in the Tacoma Youth Ultimate League or for PLU’s Reign frisbee, or spending time with friends, family, and loved ones.

Biggest Challenge: I lost my dad to cancer on August 6th, 2017. My biggest challenge was completing high school despite his battle with cancer and completing college after his loss.
First Job: My first job was at Dairy Queen on Whidbey Island.
My Superhero Power: My superpower is my warmth. People feel emotionally safe around me extremely quickly.
My Perfect Day: The perfect day would involve a leisurely morning with coffee and a full breakfast, followed by playing some Ultimate Frisbee mid day, and finishing the day by attending a Mariners game in the evening.
Favorite Neighborhood: I really like Parkland. I spent a lot of time there as a student at PLU, so I have very fond memories of the neighborhood.
Biggest Hero/Inspiration: My mother is my biggest hero. No matter what is thrown her way, she has always found a way to keep on fighting. Her grit and determination were formative for me.
Favorite Sports Team: Seattle Mariners (even when they are terrible)
