Jotasha is a proud native Pacific Islander. In her early adult years, her family left Guam and moved to the mainland. It was there (Las Vegas, NV) that she started her career in the real estate industry, particularly in Title & Escrow. Her husband has been on Active Duty (Go Navy, Beat Army!) for 19 years, which has led them to unconventional celebrations like birthdays a month early or even have Christmas in March. Despite the challenges, they have been fortunate enough to live in some amazing cities.

Biggest Challenge: For me it’s military moves. We start planning logistics 9 months out and adding pets to the mix almost doubled the stress.
I Love Real Estate Because: I love people. I love helping them through a time that can be overwhelmingly stressful if they don’t have the right people helping them. I also love seeing their joy whether they’re getting into their first home, or their dream home.
My Superhero Power: My ability to overthink things. I research everything, all the time.
My Perfect Day: Getting to the beach early, setting up a tent and just spending the whole day doing all the beachy things, especially reading a book while listening to waves break on the shore.
Biggest Hero/Inspiration: My dad. He raised six daughters and that is a feat in itself.
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate: I love making soap and formulating lotions and moisturizers!
