Meet Nick

Nick, an accomplished business professional with more than 12 years of experience, started investing at 18 years old has spent the last 7 years focusing intensely on every aspect and operation of real estate investment, development and property management.
He is dedicated to delivering strong financial results, streamlining processes, and providing top-notch customer service. Nick has worked with a variety of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies at Charles Schwab. He is known for his ability to drive change, problem-solve, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
Additionally, Nick is fluent in 8 languages. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nick was recruited by Charles Schwab, one of the world’s leading investment banking firms.
He began investing in real estate and quickly discovered his passion for helping others achieve their housing goals through renting, buying, and selling.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, Nick learned every role in an investment, development, and property management through T.B. REIT. He is now a licensed broker in Washington state, specializing in managing, developing and investing in single-family residential, apartments, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes,four-plexes and commercial properties.
