Ron was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington and comes from a family of 4. Ron graduated in 2009 from Curtis High School in University Place and obtained his Real Estate License in January, 2017.
Ron says, “I have the most beautiful girlfriend of 3 years that I love very much, and I enjoy every minute building our lives together! We have a 3-year-old dog, Chowder, a border collie/lab mix and the sweetest pup ever! My whole life has been surrounded by athletics and has played a huge role in who I’ve become today. I am extremely competitive and can find a competition in anything whether with myself or someone else. This is something I have learned to use in my favor and is probably the biggest influence in my drive.”
Ron enjoys setting goals, coming up with systems, and problem solving to achieve his goals. He loves his family and friends, and his ultimate goal is to achieve financial freedom through dedication and hard work so that he can provide for his family.

Biggest Challenge: After my mom passed, it was very hard on me dealing with the fact she died so early. Take the time to enjoy life, as we never know how long we have. Everyday is a true blessing and we should take advantage of the moment!
I Love Real Estate Because: I love seeing history in every house I see! The idea of taking a house that was once so nice in its day, a little worn out now, and bringing back to life is something I look forward to!
My Superhero Power: My superhero power would be to fly. To be able to travel on moment’s notice would be amazing! AND the sky is free of traffic 🙂
My Perfect Day: My perfect day would be going out on a beautiful sunny day for a good hike with my girlfriend and dog. We would hike to a waterfall or some secluded patch off a creek, have a nice lunch, and lay back relaxing in the sun!

Favorite Washington Neighborhood: I really enjoy University Place! That’s where I grew up, went to high school, and the area is just gorgeous! Especially if you get a chance to go hang out around Chambers Bay overlooking the water!
Biggest Hero/Inspiration: My mom is definitely my hero! She is by far the most caring, loving, and hardest working person I know! She was a teacher that was always there for every single one of her kids. Whether that was in the classroom, weekends cheering them on during sporting events, or simply if they just needed someone, they could get ahold of her anytime! She never stopped giving all her time and energy to everyone else and never asked for anything in return.
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate? When I am not working, I like to stay active either running with my dog or going to the gym to workout. I also love going out with my girlfriend to dinners and shows, as well as relaxing movie nights at home.
Favorite Sports Team: Los Angeles Lakers, New England Patriots, Duke Blue Devils
Favorite Season: My favorite season is definitely summer! I like to be warm!
