Stephanie comes over to the Seattle area from Eastern Washington. From small town Yakima where she was born she worked her way through some of Eastern Washington’s most beautiful small towns including Wenatchee, Leavenworth and Chelan. Stephanie has 24 years under her belt in the restaurant world and has always known that her place was in the hospitality industry. Stephanie is a self taught, self starter who has done many things including event planning and starting her own catering and karaoke companies. Stephanie’s most recent achievement was building one of the top ten food truck programs in Seattle, WA. Stephanie thrives under pressure and embraces any challenge that is presented creatively and effectively.

I Am: An old soul at heart. I’d much rather turn off the electronics and reunite with older methods of communication and interaction. I thrive off of talking too much to strangers of all walks of life and I feel grateful for all of the stories and history that I gather from each one of those individuals.
Proudest Moment: Completion of the first food truck that designed from start to finish
Biggest Challenge: Ordering too much food from every menu that I has ever crossed my path. I love to try it all!!
My Superhero Power: Making people laugh, laughter is a necessity of life
My Perfect Day: Road tripping or exploring a new place I have never been before. Eating local food and talking with local people. Sharing these experience with my family and just being together in every moment possible.
Favorite Neighborhood: I’m new to the South End (Tacoma & Puyallup) so my favorite neighborhood is still West Seattle on California Ave where you can walk and enjoy local shops and eats with good people. Close to Alki and there is nothing like a sunset bonfire down on Alki beach.
Biggest Hero/Inspiration: Anthony Bourdain; “You learn a lot about someone when you share a meal together”
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate: Finding hidden gem foods, reading, karaoke, traveling, reality TV and ALL kinds of music.
Favorite Sports Team: Not super into sports but I really dig going to any kind of game in person and enjoying the vibes.
Favorite Season: Summer and Fall. I love my summer weather for all the lakes, river and beach time but I’m happy when I get to toss on a hoodie and sit by the fire!
