About Fern Hill
Possibly the most charming neighborhood located in the South End of Tacoma is Fern Hill. Located between Pacific Avenue and I-5 (and before you get to Parkland), this small neighborhood has historic homes and a quaint business district. This is where you can find the delicious family-owned restaurant, TibbittsFernHill. In the late Summer, grab a bucket and drive a few minutes away to Charlotte’s Blueberry Park, historically known as Berg’s Blueberry Farm, where you can pick from over 3,000 bushes (representing five varieties of blueberry) for free! Once you’ve had your fill of blueberries, the kids can play on the playground while you harvest from your plot in the community garden.
