About Olympia
Olympia is Washington’s state capitol and is located about 30 minutes south of Tacoma. It is one of the smallest capital cities in the country. This city is quickly growing in popularity due to the proximity to Tacoma and Seattle. It has a pleasant atmosphere, and the cost of living is a bit lower than the surrounding cities. Olympia is divided into four quadrants: East Side, South Capitol, Johnson Pointe, and West Olympia. East Side and West Olympia are quieter neighborhoods with easy access to downtown. South Capitol is the more trendy area of Olympia, while Johnson Pointe is a more luxurious area with some of the more expensive homes. If you are looking for a mid sized city with all the amenities, but with a small town feel, Olympia might just be the place for you!
