    Meet Daniel

    Daniel was born and raised in Southern California but spent the last four years in Phoenix, Arizona studying Anthropology at Arizona State University. He currently live in Tacoma and is beyond excited to make the PNW his forever home. He has an amazing husband, Bubba, and share a rambunctious miniature schnauzer named Murphy. Daniel has a passion for compelling stories and immersive games and he utilizes his creativity to create both. Most recently, Daniel has spent his time honing his craft in the effort to design and build escape room games in Tacoma Washington and beyond.

    Proudest Moment: My proudest moment is getting this position and moving my family to Tacoma 🙂

    Biggest Challenge: Completing my Bachelor’s degree during the pandemic via online learning.

    I Love Real Estate Because: I love the idea of finding my dream home. I have lived in many houses, but I have yet to find my dream home.

    My Superhero Power: Finding creative (and sometime unconventional) solutions to problems.

    My Perfect Day: I’d have to say April 25th, because it’s not too hot and and it’s not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.

    Favorite Neighborhood: I haven’t explored Tacoma in it’s entirety yet but I have seen some parts of Tacoma that I would love to live. Old Town and North Tacoma have some beautiful homes. I also really enjoyed driving through Fircrest and University Place. I love the juxtaposition of small-town and big-city vibes found in the Tacoma area.

    Biggest Hero/Inspiration: My best friend Corrie inspires me. She is relentless in every pursuit she takes on and never gives up. She will push until she dies and I love that about her.

    Hobbies Outside of Real Estate: I am a big nerd who LOVES games like Dungeons & Dragons

    Favorite Sports Team: is the favorite sports team of whoever I am talking to at the moment. Go team!
