Diane grew up in the Pacific Northwest, but after college, she married an Air Force Pilot and spent the next 13 years moving around the country with him. Those years were filled with adventure, a large variety of jobs, great friends, and amazing communities. They are now back in the Pacific Northwest with their teenage children and loving being home.
Diane has always been interested in homes, from helping her Dad build a deck on their house when she was 6, to going to Street of Dreams homes with her Mom every year, to drawing “blueprints” of her dream home as a teenager, she always had an above average interest in the real estate industry. Now, she gets to use that passion to help others navigate the home buying and selling process. “It’s a real joy to make the process as smooth as possible for someone, and see them reach their personal and/or financial goals.”

Born In: Olympia, WA
Proudest Moment: Completing a marathon with The Leukemia Society’s Team in Training. That was a serious challenge for me and a lot of hard work, but a really amazing experience.
Biggest Challenge: Juggling all the things I like to do.
I Love Real Estate Because: I enjoy the processes involved in buying or selling a home and helping clients through the process to reach their goals is an honor. I also just love touring homes and helping people see the potential of a space.
My Superhero Power: Keeping my cool in a house with two teenagers.
My Perfect Day: Would start without an alarm clock. I would play beach volleyball, then go to the pool with friends and family to hang out, barbeque, and cool off. Ideally with a cold IPA in hand.
Favorite Tacoma Neighborhood: I love Steilacoom. It’s such a quiet little town but has a great coffee shop, a couple yummy restaurants, a chill tap room, a fun summertime farmers market, the best 4th of July celebration, and couple great beach parks, and amazing views of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
Biggest Hero/Inspiration: I have so many I can’t pick one. I’m inspired by people who love life with passion and are willing to take risks for the things they believe in.
Hobbies Outside of Real Estate? Volleyball, working in my woodshop, weightlifting, reading, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and baking.
Favorite Sports Team: WSU Football. Go Cougs!
Favorite Season: Summer in the PNW – nothing’s better!
