Kristine has been in the real estate industry since 2001 working primarily with developers and builders on new construction projects. Her first business was a real estate brokerage corporation with highlights that included landing exclusive contracts with two high-end real estate developers in Boston, MA. With her second business, Kristine created a luxury retail brand that started with an e-commerce platform and grew to include a brick-and-mortar store in Boston’s South End neighborhood. Kristine sold this brand to an international trading company before moving to the Seattle area. Since being in Seattle, Kristine returned to real estate working on new construction projects for local and national builders in the South King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap counties. She is now specializing in investment properties and loves to be a part of renovating and reviving older homes and communities.
